Tuna Casserole - MIL

You now how there were always several ways to cook one dish? Well her is another 70's treat for you take 2!

Ingredients
2 cups cooked white rice
425gm Tuna in spring water
1/2 cup grated cheese
425gm tin cream of chicken soup
1 onion, diced

Topping
2 tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup cornflakes

Method
  • Mix all ingredients together and place in a dish
  • Mix the topping ingredients together and spread over the top
  • Bake 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
