Jamie Oliver's Lamb Kebabs

I was watching Jamie Oliver at Home tonight and saw his incredible recipe for Lamb Kebabs. I will be trying them out tomorrow night but they just looked absolutely fabulous! SO here is the recipe;


500gm diced Lamb
2 tsp Rosemary (dried)
1 tsp Chili
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sumac
salt and pepper
2 tbsp Pistachio Nuts


Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until lamb is minced but not pureed
Squeeze lamb around six metal skewers.
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Drizzle with olive oil and cook on a grill or BBQ.
Serve with warm flat bread, mint salad, parsley, onion and yoghurt
