Frozen Yoghurt

Here's a way to make your own low fat dessert and save money! And your kids will love it!

2 cups fresh fruit, chopped (berries, stone fruit, melon etc..)
1/2 cup honey
2 1/2 cups Natural Low Fat Yoghurt

  • Process fruit until smooth
  • Add honey and yoghurt and mix until smooth
  • Pour into a covered container and freeze
