Anzac Slice - New Leaf Challenge

This was originally supposed to be Anzac Biscuit but I turned it into an Anzac slice for something different. Fulled with oats and almond meal it is really yummy to eat, and it is a lower fat version so good for you as well. I think I might finally be finished filling my freezer with yummy goodness for school/work lunches! Give it a month and I will need to cook them all over again but for now, I'm done! (I think!!)
