Greek Tomato Baked Lamb

My husband is a fan of slow cooked lamb and I have a standard recipe that involves oregano, white wine and lots of hours of slow cooking to have the meat literally falling off the bone. But one day while reading the age he found this recipe by Jill Duplex, she also has the recipe for his favourite sticky date pudding as well so she is quite popular in our house and this lamb was another winner!
