Ingredients
225gm marie biscuits, crushed
170gm butter, melted
400gm tin sweetened condensed milk
2 lemons
2 tsp gelatine
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkt red jelly crystals
Method
- Line a 25x15cm slice tin with foil
- Mix together the crushed biscuits and melted butter, and press into the tin, refigerate
- Beat the sweetened condensed milk with the juice of two lemons.
- Add the gelatine that has been dissolved in the boiling water, beat well
- Pour over the base and refrigerate until set
- Make up the jelly according ot th instructions on the box, allow to cool
- Pout over the top of the slice and chill until set
